"Excellent hotel. Owners know how to run such a business."

"Saubere Zimmer. Sehr freundliche Personal"

"Nice place and good hospitality "

"No English but otherwise a great stay"

"Lovely hotel. Nice breakfast. Excellent surroundings. "

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. "The Hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The only problem is the breakfast in the morning. Tables will not be cleaned when guests are finished and difficult to find someone from the staff when you have a question or to need something. The breakfast basic. The food in the restaurant was ok. "

"It is a good place to stay"

"very good hotel for a place somewhat out of the way"

"This property offers some more hotel-room style rooms, but I stayed in a nicely furnished and somewhat spacious appartment-type accomodation in the old town of Detmold. "

"Et sted hvor du kommer ned i gear. Dejlig atmosfære, pænt og rent værelse. Manglede kun vandkoger. Meget rar og venlig ejer."

"A great stay. Thank you"

"We were first offered an upstairs apartment but I explained my condition and was immediately offered a beautiful ground floor flat with all amenities We didn’t use them except the kettle and the shower was great The sitting area and bedroom was a lot better than expected All in all fully recommended for short or long stay. The town with its tree lined foot ways was a peaceful dream Parking was private and secure.. Thank you for our stay"

"Terrible, dirty and old. "

"Great stay in old town. Cozy appartament, friendly host."
