Wonderful hotel in the best location in Siem Reap. Everything about it was perfect: comfortable, clean, quiet room, modern amenities, wonderful breakfast (bar ala carte), gorgeous salt water infinity pool on a rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. We upgraded our room to junior suite and really enjoyed how spacious and comfortable it was. Good restaurant for lunch and dinner with good vegetarian options. We will remember our stay here with fondness.

Amazing hotel
The hotel is beautiful, the staff are excellent and the rooms are so nice and relaxing! Location is close to everything in the city. Perfect place to stay.

Great chic hotel on the river, steps to centre
A new and modern, boutique hotel, on the river and easy walking distance to town centre. Quality of hotel, room, bed and linens, soaps etc was excelllent. Rooftop pool overlooking river and trees was gorgeous. Very short walk to Angkor Fitness, the best gym in town ($3 per session). Staff were very warm and friendly, arranged our temple tours both days, and were willing to make all other arrangements if needed. Breakfasts were great, and the coffee delicious (very important)! Coffee shop and restaurant on site were also very good. Will be recommending to all my friends for sure.

Location, location, location! What a great place to stay. High quality hotel, and within walking distance of downtown shopping and Pub Street dining. So pleased with our choice to stay here and would return. The staff was outstanding!

Awesome for the most part
Gorgeous rooms … well decorated, spacious and comfortable. A’la carte breakfast - French toast was amazing. Nice pool … some hard edges ( might be a little concerning if travelling with young kids). Only one concern - our patio door would not lock and couldn’t be repaired until the next day …. Caused a little sleepless night. Overall - stunning hotel.

One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at, not just in Cambodia, but anywhere. The facilities were modern and new, but very stylish and eco friendly. I would recommend this place for when my parents visit as well.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the town. Our room was an Executive Suite which was very large with bedroom and living area both beautifully appointed. We really enjoyed the pool especially after touring the town and temples. The food poolside was the best we had in Siem Reap. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Perfect Stay.
Everything is perfect. Stayed at Junior suit 113. The service is excellent. Free mini bar and free breakfast is really high quality international menu with free cappuccino etc. Interiors of the hotel is aesthetically beautiful from the lobby, the poolside and they have a luxurious spa. Do not look elsewhere, but stay here. Perfect location as it’s only a few minutes walk to Pub Street.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely atmosphere. Welcome was friendly and easy. Room was perfect, nice large room with a really comfy bed. Great shower and lovely towels and dressing gown. Pool was lovely to relax after a day at the temples. Service everywhere was fast and friendly. Really enjoyed the stay.

I had an unusual experience because I had a specific enquiry upon which I booked the room (that there should be World Cup broadcasts in-room), and on the first night at 2am realised that it wasn't working. To the credit of the staff, one staff member stayed with me to cast the match from his phone onto the TV, and then over the course of the next day the hotel fixed the issue. Good marks for responsiveness. Otherwise, the main other thing I remember is that the air-conditioning is very robust... my SLR lens always took a few minutes to get free of condensation whenever I took it out in the morning.

Superb Stay at the Treeline Urban Resort!
The architectural is very biophilic with loads of green at the reception Terrace. This hotel is pretty eco driven with a lot of natural lights and breeze. Staff are superbly attentive. Coz it’s a boutique, they recognize as we leave and return to the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and vegetables are crisp and fresh. Again, the Seed restaurant staff are attentive. The toiletries are nice and aromatic. Liked the fact that they’re in big serving bottles instead of small plastic ones. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will return when we are back at Siem Reap.

Beautiful property and room
Beautiful property and excellent service. The hotel has a lovely open courtyard with art installations that you can enjoy while having breakfast. The room itself was fantastic - one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in at this price point. Appreciated the constant stock of drinking water in glass bottles, turndown service, comfy bed, and huge soaking tub. It felt like a luxurious retreat only steps away from prime restaurants and shopping.

Truly an incredible hotel! The location is in the heart of everything we wanted to see in Siem Reap, but felt like a private oasis from the city’s hustle. The attention to details was remarkable, including free snacks in the room, water brought to guests by the pool without having to ask, and wonderful cold towels upon entering after a day of touring. We were pampered during our entire stay!

Amazing experience
Absolutely amazing experience at Treeline. Staff is incredibly courteous, hotel was decorated with very good taste and is in impeccable condition. The room was perfect and in my opinion, nicer than the photos. Overall we had a great weekend. If we come back to Siem Reap, we are definitely staying here again.

Best Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap!
I had a fantastic stay at the Treeline Urban Resort. The location of the resort is perfect, right along the river, and central to all the best eats in the city. The service of the resort was top notch (all smiles), and the room itself was such a pleasant oasis -- especially in the 40 degree heat outside!

The property was situated in a very central are in town. Nearby to most things we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great. Food was really good!

The hotel is brand new, so the facilities are very clean and new. The pool is a great place to relax, in between sightseeing. The only downside was that noise from the hallways echoed into a room a bit. The location of the property is perfect, close enough to walk into the markets and pub street.
