Viroth's Villa is a lovely, small boutique hotel, with well curated interiors. Clean, quite and tranquil, it is located just off the river, away from the hustle and bustle of central Siem Reap, but within it's walking distance. What makes this hotel stand out is it's staff's impeccable service, that is above and beyond anything we have experienced. They are a credit to this hotel, the owner/manager should be incredibly proud of their team, who are extremely warm and welcoming, and very accomodating. It pains me to only give a 4 star rating but there a two issues that would really elevate the experience at Viroth's Villa Issues; 1) Water in the shower is mildly warm at best. It's bearable. But I would have preferred a steaming hot show after our big day spent touring Angkor Wat complex. 2) The food was lack lustre. The breakfast al-carte menu was fine, no issues. However, the food otherwise wasn't to the standard we expected, this included local and western options. Particularly disappointing were the burgers, nothing cooked bad but not a great section of ingredients. . I think a review of the menu/recipe would really go a long way.

The property itself was super clean and comfortable and had a really luxurious feel. The staff and service however is what made the stay exceptional! They went above and beyond on every occasion and really made each guest feel special and taken care of. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

A memorable stay
The hotel was well-situated and close to the central market and Pub Street. I took advantage of the swimming pool which felt good after a day of being out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Initially we liked the architecture and interior design, which is why we were first drawn to Viroth’s and it certainly delivered in that aspect. The service and attention to detail from the staff is exceptional and we felt incredibly looked after during our stay - all areas were constantly cleaned and maintained and the staff were super friendly and polite. We had an excellent tuk-tuk tour with breakfast to Angkor and were able to personalise it to see the temples we were interested in. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat and absolutely would return. It’s the perfect place to relax and dip in and out of Siem Reap.

Love the hotel. It's situated at the quiet side of the city away from the pub street but not too faraway. Walkable distance with nice cafes, restos and spa places around with area all could be reached by foot which is a nice way to explore the area. Very chic and modern interior which is different from the other typical hotel styles that you get from tropical countries. Staff are helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay here again or at the sister property i.e. Viroth's hotel when I visit Siem Reap again.

Excellent value. Great service. Perfect.
From the airport transfer (one way was free but it was so great we paid for the return), to the service, to the breakfast to the super helpful and friendly staff (particularly the guy who checked us in) it was all just perfect. Location was great in a quiet area but next to the crazy pub street. Great start to our honeymoon.

Faultless. Exceptional design, service and atmosphere. We also loved that the hotel has other restaurants located outside of the main complex. We tried both the chamrey tree and Viroths and both were similarly excellent in design and service. We would stay again for sure.

Exceptional design/boutique hotel
Lovely and stylish 'boutique' design hotel with exceptional attention to detail and customer service. Staff were charming and engaging. We had a spacious room with a great balcony with great greenery - overall loved the clever use of tropical planting and greenery around the hotel. Hotel has a lovely swimming pool and public spaces to relax in. Breakfast was excellent too. The hotel location is ideal for exploring Siem Reap. Our airport pick up was in a 1976 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow was a lovely surprise. The associated and nearby Viroth Restaurant was excellent too.

Really nice place to rest and relax after a long day at the temples. As close to the heart of downtown Siem Reap as you can get, allowing you to easily explore the urban areas of the city. The staff were very friendly and bent over backwards to be accommodating. for example, I forgot to bring my charging block for my iPhone and they loaned me one during my stay. I was very impressed with their dedication to customer service. I would stay here again if I were to visit again. - Stefan

The decoration was imaginative and yet simple. The staff were attentive and friendly but not overbearing. The villa as immaculately clean. The villa is in a very convenient spot. I would heartily recommend this boutique hotel.

The best hotel I’ve ever been too. Was so beautiful in every way - like living in a Mad Men episode - but so unstuffy and friendly I could have stayed there for ever. The staff were so kind, the food was excellent, the spa was the best I’ve been to, the room was perfection, and we were collected from the airport in a vintage car - I honestly want to return to Siem Reap just so I can stay at Viroth’s again.

Después contratamos la vuelta y no nos la cobraron. Limpieza excelente y decoración anos 50 ideal. La piscina muy útil para refrescarse después de la visita de los templos de Angkor. Nos alojaron en una habitación superior a la reservada. Totalmente recomendable!!

Staffs were very kind and friendly, their breakfast tasted great. The room was spacious enough and very clean. I enjoyed spending time by the poolside during my stay, it was very comfortable.

Petit hôtel cosi avec prestations d’un hôtel 5*
Séjour parfait à tout point de vue, de la décoration générale de l’hôtel très cosi (on s’y sent à « comme à la maison!), en passant par l'accueil irréprochable digne d’un grand hôtel 5* ! Cela reste néanmoins un établissement à taille humaine avec très bon un rapport qualité prix. Je reviendrai sans hésitation ! Enfin, sans trop vouloir en dire trop, très belle surprise pour notre transfert à l’aéroport ☺️
