8/10 Very good! (46,394 reviews)
We stayed in the recently renovated resort tower in a double queen room. The beds are so unbelievably comfy! Probably the comfiest beds throughout my entire trip through America. The towels were topped up daily and the room was always nice and cool and the air con unit wasn’t too loud. The shower could have been more powerful and the toilet was blocked the day we got there and you could tell some parts hadn’t been renovated (the doors for example) but that didn’t faze us. You’re not paying for luxury at Excalibur but we feel we got more than what we paid for. The time share people that pounce on you before check in are rather annoying though, watch out for them when you’re heading to check in!

9/10 Wonderful! (8,821 reviews)
The upgrade to a suite was definitely worth the $40/night as the room was spacious and the bathroom was enormous! Checkin was helpful and beds were very comfortable. We were in the "mid-range" tower which is definitely where you want to be (old tower is not nearly as nice).
The one downside is pool music is ridiculously loud (while sitting there -- not from the room) and $35 for chairs seems like a lot but you can put your food/drink tab toward the fee.
Another perk is the proximity to the airport -- inexpensive and short Uber ride away.

Great
"Very clean and spacious apartment. Ours were over 2 floors. Well equipped with fridge and water boiler. Some plates and cutlery. Great breakfast served in the restaurant. Steps and stairs would probably not make this a good place for wheelchair users, except for the outdoor area"
