"There were a few things I loved about this place but also some that did not felt enjoyable I’ll start with the good Alma, Reyna, Oscar, Lucio, Estrella and Francisco were all amazing , very attentive and helpful Nacho, Mario and the lady in Kristal restaurant were not helpful at all. Went to dinner at Kristal and was told that there was a wait of 20 mins when several tables were open more than 10 to be exact. It was just two of us. The pool may need to be cleaned more. If had a lot of bugs By the tropical swim up. No lounge chairs or umbrellas by the beach Over all was a great experience but id not do a 5 star review"

"My wife and I stayed at Paradisus Los Cabos for 10 nights to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The resort is beautiful, extremely clean and very maintained, with gorgeous gardens and grounds the pool area was excellent. The bartenders made great drinks, and the poolside service was outstanding. The beach was beautiful, with a lifeguard on duty, and we really appreciated the complementary beach cabanas. One of the highlight of our vacation was the turtle release. It was a special and memorable experience that we will always remember. The staff truly helped make our stay special. We especially want to recognize Omar and Filemon at Aqua Marina for lunch, Lugardo at Malva for breakfast,Adan at Tokimeku for dinner, and Ashley in guest relations. They are friendly and attentive. Service deserves special recognition. The resort also remembered our anniversary and surprised us with wine and chocolate covered strawberries, which was a wonderful touch. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation, and excellent staff were a major reason why. We enjoy traveling and experience, different resorts and destinations, so while we don’t know when our travels will bring us back to los Cabos, we are very glad we chose Paradis us for our 20th anniversary and will remember the wonderful people who made our stay special."

"It was OK - the ocean view room wasn't worth it (the ocean is not close by and the barren land you actually have a view of is =n't much to speak of). The pool staff were excellent."

"The rooms were clean from top to bottom. Fresh towels, plenty of space in the Jr Suite. The room and bathroom were both spacious, so we did not feel cramped. There was a lounge area with table and chairs and balcony. So there was true comfort and peace. The staff was hospitable and welcoming in all areas of the hotel, Rose, Sunset and Blanco. The Mare Nostrum restaurant was good, there were nights with some, really, really good food choices, Pork Tamales, breakfast, italian dishes and Asian dishes. Cecilia, Mariana, Nahomi were great hostesses. Excellent customer services and hospitality. Luis, Manuel, Marisol were great service people along with other workers in restaurant. Cilantro was good. Suite service was really good. The tacos were excellent. The Market of Quivira had some excellent choices. All and all, our trip was great. Going in the down season didn't impact our trip too much, some restaurants were closed for vacations, but we still had variety."
