"Finding reception was difficult. Maps app doesn’t take you to the right place and there aren’t clear instructions on how to find it. Reception is inside a bodega a couple blocks away. Once we found it, all good. "

I believe these items are basics. Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied. This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00. I went to the reception to get these missing items at 18:00h, 18:30h, 19:00 and 20:00h. The door was closed and no one was there during this...

"Went with my 5 year old son - ski trip. Located quite far from the main square, so had to drive there every day. Room was clean and warm. Very basic. No duvets, just blankets. Dinner was excellent - proper home cooked food. Lots of choice. Breakfast - OK. Nothing warm. No meats or cheese either. Croissants, toast, cereals. We were on a half board basis and to our surprise we got given a packed lunch: basic baguette sandwich, nuts and a drink (coke/fanta/aquarius)."

"Bad Customer Service... they request you to email although when you do, they don't respond. We were lost trying to find the location and they were very unhelpful, hang up on me during a phone call while trying to gain assistance. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!!!!"

"Una experiencia que prefiero olvidar. Es un alojamiento caro y los servicios que ofrecen son nulos. Tuvimos que comprar gel, champú, papel higiénico, etc. ya que no había en la casa. El WIFI, prometido, era totalmente ineficiente, no pude siquiera ver mi correo electrónico. La casa en sí no está mal, pero todos los cajones están llenos de trastos viejo.
