IMO, hotels are generally 3-4 in every category and excel in one particular thing. This one felt like it was 5 stars across the board. "

"The hotel was perfect and in a good location. Clean spacious room. The rooftop pool was lovely with most wonderful views. And both pool bar and Santa Anna bars served a good range of drinks at good prices. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again "

"Beautiful historic building, wonderful amenities, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, polite and helpful staff. Highly recommended! Be ready for some stairs depending on where your room is. We had a view of the Alhambra which was magical."

"Very helpful staff. Hotel is 5 mins walk from Alhambra palace which was a plus and there was a bus right outside that would take us to the central area which was great, Otherwise we would be trekking up hill for at least 20 mins on the return journey which we did on our first day. Yes, the view from the patio restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend the hotel. Great selection of breakfast items. "
