The property was super cute and very clean the inside of our villa was like new they were redone very nice I would definitely recommend very close to beach ,restaurants ,shops and bars loved it

Awesome stay. Three minute walk to beach. Walkable to the main drag with shops and food. Comfortable bed, clean rooms and cute grounds. Staff welcoming and friendly. They offer beach chairs and towels in every room. Will def come again next year. I loved it.

It was so convenient to everything, the beach, the restaurants, the shopping etc. The pool is small but room was clean and overall great for our two nights there.

Any of our Siesta Key besides Villas guests can use the Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suite amenities. I hope you have an opportunity to visit the Big Tiki Lounge at that property as well. We absolutely loved this property. Perfectly located between the beach and Siesta Key Village. The studio room was also super comfortable. Very small, but nice, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We plan to return!

Staff great, room good, very updated, very walkable to village and ocean.What I did not like and to not think was right, was that we were charged $10.00 a night for the right to park. If you staying there and paying very good money to do so, you should NOT have to pay to be able to park your vehicle. I feel that that was price gouging. We stayed there 12 nights...and we had to pay to park our vehicle.! For that reason alone, I probably would not stay there again. Have stayed in Siesta Key for well over 15 years, and have never had to pay to park our car.

Hello Kathleen, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. We have a wonderful location and a great property. Pay to parking is new to the entire island. If you have been coming here for 15 years you will notice that there are no more free parking places on the key. As there is very that's a real estate on the key, you will find all places are charging for parking. We truly hope that this is not a true deterrent for you to visit us in the future. All things being equal you will find that and all hospitality on Siesta. In the future if you have any troubles or any concerns please feel free to reach out to a manager. We are always here and ready to serve.

The suite was incredibly small. We could hear every noise from outside. The plumping was a problem. It started in the unit next to us, but affected us.

We stayed one night on our way to Ft Myers. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of our accommodations. The resort is within walking distance of Siesta Key Village (less than a block). The resort has bicycles that we rode all the way to Turtle Bay and back. We would definitely stay here again

Great location
Our villa was very clean and quiet, extremely well kept property and 3 minute walk to the beach, even closer to the village. Suggestion would be to add a chair in the unit, nowhere to sit, which seemed odd for such a nice villa.

I really enjoyed my stay here. This was my first time at Siesta Key. I wanted something quiet, relaxing, and close to the beach. The staff was great. The accommodations of beach gear was extremely helpful. I would stay here again.

This property is in a perfect location. Beach acres is easy and beautiful, bars and restaurants are walking distance. The place is quiet when you need it and if you need some excitement walk 5 minutes down the road .

Great location!
Such a cute beachy vibe! Old Florida charm and good prices. Very clean. Comfy bed! The 1 bedroom suite had a lovely bathroom with a mermaid vibe. The locked gates provide an extra layer of security not common in such a boutique property. Great location no car needed!!
