"Initially given a room where 1 of the bathroom lights wasn’t working and the soap dispenser kept popping out. Reception staff immediately changed our room to a larger nicer room. Breakfast had a good selection. Walkable to restaurants. Would stay again "

We don’t drive… Our dream trip was about to end without beginning… But kind big heart Alexandra helped us and drove us to Crystal ice cave meeting point and back! Overall, when our flight was canceled and we were about to cry, Ms Veronica offered to drive us to Reykjavik (which is six-seven hours to drive from here!)… I don’t have a words to fully thank those people!
