"This is a great place to stay if you are headed to Universal Studios. The property seemed clean enough, but itโ€™s a little run down and has limited parking. Our room was clean and quiet. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The phones and the elevator werenโ€™t working during our trip, though, so we did have to carry all our bags up the stairs. They waived the parking and resort fee as a result, though, which was fine for our family. Itโ€™s a super quick walk to where the Universal Shuttle picks up and drops off. We would stay here again for the convenient location."
