"It’s a holiday hotel and it was off peak season so we could see only this hotel operating in that area .. wonderful and helpful staff. Good breakfast . Rooms are OK, ACs not working properly and we changed a room of the two still the AC had issues. Sure they will fix it before next season. Kenese Bay Garden Resort & Conference Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Family with one teenager, from the UK. We were super impressed with this hotel. We don't speak Hungarian, but we were made so welcome, particularly by the reception staff, who responded to requests for kettles, an iron, and numerous other things. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of sunbeds and the variety of food at breakfast and dinner. It was such a relaxing stay — we absolutely loved it!"

"I love staying in this hotel, the location is amazing, the lake is across the street. It is close to everything, restaurants, entertainment, city center, and yet the hotel and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, the staff is very friendly, helpful, like family. The breakfast is delicious. It is like home away from home, I return every time I come to lake Balaton."
