"Great hotel and location if they updated there rooms would be a amazing
The hotel interior is at least 15 years old and need drastic modernising
The swimming area reef and beach are amazing
The food could be improved specially the quality of the meat"
"The resort provides excellent services including f&b, entertainment, activities, tours, cleaning, and many others.
A couple of items, however, I would like to mgmt attention.
At two different occasions, I noticed the head chef speaking in an abusive and demeaning manners to the staff. One time he called them “are you stupid” where to my surprise the staff kept silent. This is indicative of poor leadership. At another occasion, the head chef was speaking loudly to the staff. Hope action is taken to mitigate this observation.
One other thing I want to bring to the attention of mgmt was the dancer’s behavior on Sunday night, 26 April. The dancer was more interested in collecting tips than entertaining. She had a baby put his hand on her breast which I thought was repugnant and is not befitting of a family environment.
I want to commend the waiters, life guards, housekeepers, dining facility service staff.
I would recommend this facility to those who are seeking relaxing time and fun.

"Nice hotel - decent breakfast - everyone was friendly but I would’ve liked some proper instructions upon check in.. I had no idea of where everything was, the amenities, and got lost finding my room "
"The rixos app is next to useless. Does not work.
The a la carte is good as they limit the tables to serve.
Buffet is actually a really good range of food.
Beach is decent with wind guards but restricts view of the sea.
Salt water infinity pool is behind a building which defeats the point.
Spa was good. Good massage and Turkish scrub.
Kids club open till midnight. Great little activities there to book.
Beer always warm as well as soft drinks. Even if in the fridge or bar.
Some pool bars are good service some not so.
Bed comfy. Shower no water pressure.
Housekeeping is a joke, tip or no tip. We had a kitchen in our room. Wanted to make porridge for my daughter and was told this is only if you had a bultler. I called housekeeping etc for 1 hour before I eventually got answer. Guest relations didn't even apologise or take it seriously.
Overall, resort is amazing in terms of pool, spa, kids club and buffet. Different al carte restaurants if you manage too book! Service is a complete let down. Due to that I will not go to Rixos Radamis again."
