It was a shoebox balcony, TV remote barely worked, the shower had a sewerage smell. There was a main vent that whirred all night. The bed was comfy and Breakfast was OK. Lots of choice. We have stayed here a few times and this was the worst room we have stayed in. Previously booked the deluxe king with balcony.
