Our experience was terrible by all means They never answer their phone In the first place Staff is VERY unfriendly and not willing to help Room was not clean Bedsheets and towels smelled awful We couldn’t even reach the reception or front desk if we needed anything during our stay Food was horrible

Overall ... it was good experience 8.5/10 Staff freindly 10/10 Room is great 9/10 Service is great 9/10 Food is ok .. Arabic cousin ... i can give it 7 out of 10 .. food was not much hot ( dishes up not heated up during service ) and not much verieties of dishes... Hotel location is direct on the lake however it is far away from the attraction areas ( approx 25km far ) Hotel is not providing Safary trip packages ... so you need to do your own homework .. to arrange a trip for your safary trip ... for us .. we ve contacted a local family lives in tunis village who has several land croser 4×4 Approx cost is 100 usd per trip can accomodate up to 6 pax.. including water falls .. wasi al hitan ...desrt surfing..... desert crousing ...

Avoid Helnan al fayoum, Everything is terrible. I came for one night just to sleep as we have trips outside to do, 1st i checked in at 6pm,they put us in a room overview garbage area,as there is no other rooms available, 2nd we found out that air-condition bringing out heat in a terrible way, we tried to talk to them, to find that 5 rooms at reception are complaining same issue & their answer that we are trying to fix it ... Now it is 11 pm, we couldn’t sleep & my kids slept and their bodies are too hot ... I called the manger & i started to shout out, his answer that i will fix it and call you back in 15 mins, After an hour and half he prepared another room in another building , more clean and location is better , but we have to carry kids while they are sleeping and pass them to another building in very gold weather with too much wind , After we moved with 3 hours , i found my little daughter got a fever 40 c , calling them to help but no pharmacies around and no clinics.. we stayed like that till 2nd day ! And regardless what happened to us, this hotel is not Fayoum mood at all , terrible location No View , terrible food ( no oriental breakfast like all other hotels ) .. Not that clean at all , Dirties all around& rooms are too small Dosent worth penny , its rate was 1200-1500L. E per night & other hotels max. 600L. E Was a big mistake to choose

The hotel is historic with lot of events that have happened in it. But when keeping the iconic old vibes, the hotel management forgot to do maintenance and renovation. The room is supposed to be 5 stars but was not even close to 3 stars with the bathroom amenities very limited and the shower very old and broken. The breakfast buffet was okay but dinner options were very limited. Front desk staff were too slow and seemed not professional enough to match the expectations of this historic hotel

Our stay was lovely. The staff was helpful and attentive, the hotel was sparkling clean and we had a very relaxing time. We were one of only a few guests in the hotel in this quiet season and yet the staff worked hard to make sure we enjoyed every moment.

Excellent architecture and landscape clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Toilets need renovation. Sound insulation of the balcony needs improvement if possible. Music broadcast should be better and should stop before 10 pm.

location is very good 1 hour 15 from Cairo.. 30 min from Tunis village. rooms need renovation. don't recommend u go during any public holiday as they aren't ready to host so many guests at the same time.

All public area is not heated very cold all over
I booked 4 nights and left after 2 it was very cold no heaters at any public area , poor service they couldn't find my booking or know anything about the hotel entertainment over all stay was not good bad experience no activity indoor or outdoor by the pool

الفندق قديم يحتاج الي تجديد بمعني انه فندق تاريخي ولكن ينقصه الصيانه والاهتمام. لانوجد خدمات ترفيهية خاصه في فصل الشتاء، قد يكون مكان أفضل في الربيع! رغم إنني غير متاكد من ذللك

元国王の離宮ということで、期待していたが、残念な感じです。オーベルジュという名前にもかかわらず、ご飯は美味しくない。
