"loved the breakfast. The hotel is historic art deco architecture and it's in a residential neighborhood with more interesting architecture. It's a nice neighborhood to walk around, but it's a pretty long walk to any restaurants and the city center. We did that walk - in pouring rain! - but we like to walk. Friendly staff and friendly fellow guests at the breakfast buffet. "

"The staff at the Ghent Marriott were extremely accommodating and friendly in every way possible. Whether it was to schedule a taxi or to help a customer in need of emergency medical services. We asked and they made it happen. The rooms were clean while the amenities provided were exceptional. We would recommend this hotel ten times over. "
