"Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. Also..I saw cockroach twice during my stay in my room and a Lil gecko thing on the wall. Should have better seals on doors to stop that or traps. Lastly there was a sewer type smell coming out of bathroom drain everyday. Just a average rating from me for these reasons."
