"It is one of the most beautiful places we've had the great fortune to experience, and it is so beautiful that we didn't leave the resort during our entire 3-day stay. From start to finish, every detail was considered, and every need was taken care of. The team is welcoming and kind, and the location is absolutely stunning. While visiting with my partner (our kids left at home), we were keenly aware of how family-friendly the resort is, a pro for the many happy groups around us. If you plan to visit in May as we did, know the water will be fresh (!), and private pools might be too chilly to truly enjoy - though they'll still offer the perfect backdrop for some of the best photos you may ever take! "Excellent hotel, everything from rooms to food to staff was excellent. Drinks are also excellent and not the cheap stuff you usually get with all inclusives. Having the restaurants within the hotel is very convenient and the food there is also great. Added bonus of having a desert restaurant which stays open into the night. "

"Lots of nice pools including a full olympic sized lap pool and many other various pools. Lots of water slides, pools, and playgrounds for kids. Great food in the main dining hall, and several nice restaurants (all are buffet style but the food was very good). Well kept, smoothly run, friendly staff."

"We were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. The grounds are huge and complex feel like little village. We had an issue the first night with not getting the room with sea view which we paid for, but the staff went out of their way to get that corrected and we were placed in a room with the sea view the next night. We were also given a voucher for lunch for 2 in French restaurant as for the inconvenience. Beach area is beautiful, water is crystal clear and warm. There are several pools around. Nature is beautiful. Buffet offers variety of option for everyone. Super convenient location, very close to village Sisi that has tons of restaurants, gift shops and activities. About 40 min away from Heraklion and Agias Nikolaos. "
