"Breakfast was hot. Room was clean but unfortunately the first night our personal hot tub did not work. The owners fixed it and it worked great however we came back that evening to our room door not locked. Then the next day our room was not cleaned. Otherwise staff was very friendly and understanding of our concerns. "

"Room was clean. When we checked in the guy at the from desk was kind of rude. My wife has a small service dog so he was asking her a lot of questions about her service animal. Parking was good. "

"We had a family emergency so we had to leave the first night, therefore did not partake in the breakfast. The day manager that my husband spoke to was so kind and accommodating since we had to cancel our 2 remaining days. The kitchen lacked supplies, the evening mgr said guests steal the flatware, dishes etc. she was able to get flatware & dishes from another room. Bathroom soap, shampoo dispensers were empty, which she filled for us."

"The room was clean and very comfortable for 5 adults to stay in. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great! Only downside was that the pool was closed during our stay and Expedia did not notify us of this. Hotel provided us with compensation for the inconvenience."
