Folden Hotel

Skagen is a stunning place and well worth visiting. Folden hotel is in the central village and everything is within walking distance. The hotel is ok, but the room we had need some paint and love. The 3 star rating is valid, but the prices in Denmark is that touch more expensive than the rest of Europe. Breakfast was very nice.

Diverse bemærkninger

Badeværelset var under al kritik. Det var så småt at man skulle kile sig ind under håndvasken når man skulle sidde på det meget lave toilet. Der er mange trapper på hotellet og ingen elevator, så det er ikke egnet til gangbesværede. Tjeneren var super behagelig på trods af stor travlhed og kun få ansatte på arbejde. Vi fik en meget lækker 3-retters menu. Parkeringsforholdene er ikke gode. Alt for få pladser til de mange gæster.

Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer 204 entsprach nicht der auf der Website gemachten Angaben oder dem Beispielfoto. Es war maximal für eine Person und auch nur für eine Nacht als Notlösung geeignet. Man konnte sich nicht zu zweit bewegen. Der Kleiderschrank reichte geradeso für eine Person. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gab uns für die restlichen fünf Nächte das Zimmer 501. Ein Unterschied wie zwischen Tag und Nacht, obwohl es die gleiche Kategorie sein sollte.
