"The hotel is well situated and was easy to find from where we were dropped off from the airport bus. Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room overlooking Dokk1 on the 9th floor was nice if a little tired. The bathroom was very clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. Not sure how loud it would have been had we kept the balcony door open overnight as the trams rumbling by regularly and the clicking noise from the crossings could still be heard with the door closed. We had already made a booking for Saturday’s breakfast as per the communication from the hotel, but were told to book for the other days of our stay too as it’s still summer and the hotel was full. Breakfast itself was delicious and the self service worked well. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or a designated bar, which didn’t affect us as we had intended to eat out anyway, and you can buy drinks from the reception area. There’s an option to have housekeeping or not and for 4 nights, we chose not to bother. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. "

"We had a great stay with walk in the park and a nice drink in the bar plus the meal in the restaurant. No issues to get gluten-free. Driving through Denamrk this is a good stop over. "

"Staff are very friendly and speak English which is fab. I am learning danish but not proficient yet. Rooms r clean. The only complaints i have are that the danish pillows r too soft for me and that the rooms aren't sound proof so if your neighbour has their tv on it seems really loud in your room. It was my second stay here, breakfast is excellent, great choice of cereal, breads, scrambled or soft boiled eggs, bacon etc. Coffee is delicious too."

"Comfortable stay in a nice room. I prefer my bed made for me rather than folded under a cover. I slept in and arrived 10mins before breakfast ended and very little was left. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable, though better coffee and a hairdryer is needed. "
