The included breakfast was delicious, and the small bar/lounge area was a great place to enjoy a drink after a day exploring. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, bed was the most comfortable I had in Switzerland, breakfast was good with a decent selection. I highly recommend staying here. It is very close to the bus line so perfect for explore the city or getting to the train station. I would definitely get a room with a balcony, you definitely won't regret it. "

"Location was excellent! Room had a great lake view and was very comfortable. The only staff we encountered was at the front desk. She was great!
We could walk to and from the train station, BUT on the route we took we had go DOWN towards the lake and encountered a LOT of stairs to go down, which leads towards the lake, turned left at the bottom of the stairs then a few blocks to the hotel. Escalator is available on the return to train station, in lieu of the LOTS of stairs BUT only an UP escalator. We had only carryon luggage, so it was okay on the down part, but if we’d had larger luggage we would’ve gotten a taxi or ride share. Overall it was a great location. The promenade along the lake is spectacular! Would definitely book this hotel again!"
