"It’s nothing special, but it’s perfect if you are visiting the city and you spend most of your day out and about anyway. With that said, The listing is very accurate so you will know exactly what you are getting for the price, check-in is a breeze and there are no hidden surprise costs."

Needs improvment.

"Rooms are miles away from the reception, very dust rooms and also many cobwebs and spiders in the room. Cleanliness should definitely be improved. Bearing in mind that this hotel has a great opportunity with business travelers as it is right next to the industrial area, it should be improved. Breakfast was plentiful, but no continental options. Lots of confusion by all as the breakfast is all over the area and people cannot find things. Staff at reception are quite poor, spent 10 minutes filling all the details on an ipad that they asked and when its time to get the invoice with the company name, its blank. Took 6 attempts to get it right, including the staff googling for the address and putting what they think is right rather than what you tell them. Utter incompetence, but is the usual Danish standard for hospitality. Would recommend staying there, but be warned about the cleanliness, although not unhygienic, and the poor staff."
