"We stayed at Radisson Blu Bruges for two nights. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the bathroom in particular was spacious and well maintained. We were a little disappointed with our room upgrade. The room had an unusual shape which made the bedroom area feel quite small, and although I had requested a room with a view, our outlook was mainly over a car park and some surrounding areas under construction. My brotherโs room, however, was perfectly fine. The location is very convenient for Bruges railway station, which is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The historic centre of Bruges is a little further, but still within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and excellent cleanliness, although our particular upgraded room did not quite meet our expectations."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Normandy. Beautiful hotel, attentive staff, delicious and lovely breakfast. Safe location, large bathroom and basic room was a great size. The pool was warm and huge! We loved it!!! We were warmly welcomed and made to feel pampered."

"Really lacked of enclosed showering, Not used to shower in an open bath. Guests in the room above you could literally hear every step and move. 3rd floor and no lift does not help but since its historic building we can let this go. 2 windows overlooking the canal had beds at them so โฌ330 a night with canal view wasnt quite with canal view unless you open window and peak out while sitting on the bed."
