"Room was clean, comfy bed but pillows were quite small. Staff were very pleasant and gave lots of advice about our time in Bruges. There was an issue with hot water before we checked out which unfortunately prevented a morning shower, which was a shame, but nothing the hotel could do. Amenities were fantastic, and the hotel was really nicely located."

"Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were fantastic and the amenities great. All things thought of for all ages, the spa, the pool, the games room and the ball pit. Truly something for everyone.
