"The rooms were clean but plain. Landscape was a little messy but at this time of the year, leaves are falling, The leaf litter did make the property look cluttered. Hedges were a little ragged and somewhat obscured the property from the road, but overall very good value for the price. The discounted breakfast at Oscar’s was well worth it. I will definitely stay again. "

"Perfect, quiet spot for our two nights here ... cross between a hotel and a B&B (without the breakfast). Only issue was a loose shower handle. Very convenient to Zion, great dinner recommendation (Wild Thyme) from host. Big, private backyard with great views. Did not use hot tub or fire pit."
