"Place was awesome. Room was new and modern. The hotel had direct access to the ski slopes. The gondola was right outside and you can ski directly to the onsite ski valet. The hotel had a very nice pool and spa complex. Also, they provided a great breakfast buffet each morning."

"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30. Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone? Staff did call us morning of checkout to...
