"A beautiful hotel in the Old Town area of Krakow. Staff very friendly and exceeding helpful. Food was excellent. Breakfast great and filling to set you up for a day’s exploring. Hotel restaurant was delicious. Hotel quirky and comfortable."

"The hotel was in a very good position and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason for 4 stars was simply that the hotel didn’t seem any different to lesser starred hotels I’ve stayed in before. The breakfast was fine but you didn’t come out feeling it was anything special. Our room was a superior room with old town views, in reality we looked onto the car park of a museum so a bit dull. The housekeeping didn’t even provide clean glasses each day, we’d come back and the glasses were still on the bedside table with water in. I know this might seem a bit petty as it’s easily remedied but we expected more from a 5* Radisson hotel."

"It was perfect 👌 Location was very central Staff were very friendly and there was always someone on the front desk day and night Price was excellent Clean Room was spacious and kitchen area had everything you needed I would definitely book this again"

"We had a great stay. The room was a really good size, really clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location but still nice and quiet. It is easy to walk to the Old Town and other areas. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby."
