"I loved my stay at the Diamond Capsule Hotel. It's not really a capsule hotel in the Japanese sense, more a small sleeping area/working area with a magnificent bathroom. Loved the rainfall shower, the bed (best night's sleep I've had for ages), and a great and reasonably priced breakfast. The area is pretty far away from Amsterdam proper but there are trams, or you can easily walk it. Amstelven is a really quiet and safe area."

"Nice staff and very cool atmosphere. I like my room cold so I wish the A/C worked better. The bar and restaurant was very nice as well. They don’t have parking really just a couple spots in front of the hotel. The parking lot isn’t control by the hotel and kind of expensive. Overall I would go ahead because of how nice the staff is and the amenities "

"We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Amsterdam and were extremely happy with our overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the transit,so commuting wasn’t an issue at all. The breakfast buffet was just amazing with a whole array of breakfast choices. The staff was very friendly and nice as well. The only issue with the room was that the room didn’t have a fridge which made it hard to save any food as with the heat it could get bad. Moreover, carry your own body crème as the rooms don’t have them. "

"Lovely hotel for visiting Amsterdam. It is great value for money as it is slightly further out but it’s a 10 minute cycle ride to De Pijp and tourist areas. If you are not cycling you will likely need to use public transport to get around the city. The hotel room was immaculate and spacious. We had a huge window and the bathroom facilities were great. Parking was easy - plenty of space and very secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was also really quiet on an evening. Would highly recommended and I would book again. "
