We were glad to find out that you enjoyed the Grami Hotel experience and remained almost happy with the hotel services and facilities. I am sorry you don’t feel like you received the right basic stuff and toiletries during your stay – my team and I take great pride in the service, comfort and hospitality we provide to our valued guests. Our clients' feedback is generally very positive and since we started in November 2017 we have consistently been rated one of Sofia’s top hotels. Grami Hotel Sofia is a 4* business style hotel and all the facilities are up to the state categorization requirements, therefore I cannot accept your comment "the room was missing some basic stuff". As a single traveler your room was prepared with a single set of towels due to our Enviroment safety policy. Even though, we would've given you some extra towels without any hesitation jusk by asking any of our team members. Body lotion or a conditioner are a must for a seaside hotel not for a city one and we cannot be blamed for not providing it. An iron, ironing table, pressing, dry cleaning, etc. are also provided upon request at Reception and clearly explained in the room directory. Tea and coffee sets are included in the price of our Executive room and Apartment Suites. The price tag for our standart rooms is tailored for business traveler spending most of their time in the office and leaving the coffee making to our baristas. I keep asking you and all of our clients if there is a problem during your stay, to come to me immediately and to resolve the situation or the shortage of shampoo on the spot.
