Art lovers hotel
The distinctiveness of Angel is the art work displayed throughout the hotel. In my brief stay I had the chance to enjoy some of the paintings and sculptures. There a casino onsite where smoking is clearly permitted. The breakfast is ample both in choice and quantity. Good location.

Central location. A large spacious and clean room with a large balcony. Kind and professional staff. We received an explanation about the city and the main shopping sites in the city of Sofia.

Our stay was pleasant the staff are helpful The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice with good variety of options.

One thing is it wars bed - smoking!!! In the casino peoples smoking, and all this smoke come to hotel…

Worth the money but that's it
Definitely not clean enough, the floor in the bathroom was dirty, the sheets has strange smell, the keyboard was broken and etc. It doesn't felt like 5* hotel, although the room itself was very big and has a king size bed. The location is also good, 10-15 minutes from Vitosha street. The staff was nice and very friendly.

Stinks of smoke
Generally disappointing. All communal areas of hotel stink of smoke, as soon as you enter the lobby this hits you and is really quite unpleasant. Some staff on reception very helpful other staff such as in restaurant really not! Bar closed when we wanted a drink one night (didn’t try again so not sure if always the case) so advised to go to restaurant and staff sat on phones and refused to serve a beer. Beds a bit hard but otherwise rooms ok although only a couple of plugs in entire room. 5 star restaurant but no open bar and stinks of smoke, will go elsewhere next time

The hotel location is on the center of the city, very nice hotel our room was a large one. The room was clean and the bed sheets have changed every day. The breakfast was good and the Hotel staffs were friendly

Très bon emplacement pour visiter le centre ville
Suite familiale très spacieuse et confortable... Parking sur place très appréciable (payant 10€ les 24h) car proche de tous les monuments à pied à voir sur Sofia ! Pdj copieux et digne d'un 5 étoiles... Piscine intérieure grande et profonde idéal si vous souhaitez nager.

Very good hotel, 5star, but no really. The staff are very nice, try to use the swimming pool, but looks like dirty. The room to the boulevard are are very noisly all 24hours.

The hotel and the room was clean and cozy. What i did not like at all is that i have booked and noted a room with double bed and instead we were given a room with two single beds without any notice at all.

Amazing Hotel, highly recommended
The room was large, comfortable, very modern and truly luxurious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The center of the city is in walking distance. Breakfast was excellent with a big variety of bakery and fruits. I really enjoyed the artwork in the hotel. Everything looks very classy. Thank you!

Wow. Il miglior soggiorno di tutta la vacanza. Colazione sublima, letti grandi e spaziosi, bagno perfetto con la vasca. Se si passa per Sofia bisogna dormire qui. La piscina era bella.

Kan ikke anbefales
Hotellet lukter først og fremst veldig røyk. Det er lytt mellom rommene og ut i gangen. Dørene må smelles igjen, og jeg skvatt flere ganger av at folk i min etasje lukket dørene sine. Rommet i seg selv var relativt fint. Hotellet ligger også i nærheten av en trafikkert vei, og man må regne med at det kommer bråk herfra (de legger seg lett på hornet, for å si det sånn). I resepsjonen var de generelt hjelpsomme og greie. Hvis man drar hit fordi man tenker det er spa, så koster dette litt ekstra. Ville heller booket et annet sted hvis dette er viktig for deg.
