1. 3층 이내의 저층부가 아니라면 바다가 보임 2. 기존시설에 대한 리모델링은 없어서 약간 노후화 되어 있는 것은 사실임 (구 동해팬션) 3. 중앙난방식이라 온도조절이 불편 4. 아파트먼트식이나 가스는 별도 구매 필요(1천원) 5. 비누 외 어매니티는 별도 구매 필요

가격대비 갈만한 숙소, 주변에는 암것도 없어요

뷰는 좋지만 508호였는데, 약간 우측에 보입니다. 객실은 좀 오래된 느낌이고, 욕실에 물이 잘 안빠집니다. 가격대비 그럭저럭 입니다. 주변에 아무것도 없어요. 편의점만 옆호텔에 있습니다. 식당등은 다 차타고 나가야해요~

이불 상태는 비교적 양호했는데 바닥이 끈적거려 양말 신고 다녔고 리모델링을 하지 않는다면 굳이 다시 오고 싶지는 않은 숙소예요 차도와 가까워 소음도 그렇고 모기도 많고 수건도 여유있게 주지 않으며 세면용품은 챙겨 가셔야 합니다 앞에 막힘이 없어 뷰는 좋아요

- 입구 들어서자마자 쾌쾌한 묵은 냄새 - 가격대비 제공되는 서비스가 아무것도 없음 - 세면도구 없음 - 세면대에 머리카락 - 이불에 머리카락과 냄새 - 진뜩진뜩한 바닥 - 에어컨 리모콘 비치 안해둠 - 이불 및 청결도가 너무 낮아 1박 내내 온몸이 간지러움 - 왠만한 민박보다 못한 수준 - 5만원정도 받아야 적당한 수준 - 윗 호실 의자 끄는 소리, 옆 호실 문소리, 쿵쿵대는 이상한 소리가 밤새 들림 (무섭고 시끄러워서 밤샘) - 바다뷰는 좋은데 문 열어 놓으면 차소리 엄청 시끄러움 - 좋은점이 1도 없음 이번 여행은 숙소땜에 망!!!!

아주 아주 오래만에 다시 이용한 숙소인데 리모델링이 되어서인지 깨끗합니다. 객실에서 보는 전망은 객관적으로 근처 새로 생긴 호텔보다도 더 좋은 풍경입니다.(대포항에서 바다까지 전체적으로 볼수있어서) 직원분들은 친절합니다.그리도 수건,비누만 있습니다.

수건 침구는 깨끗 하수구에서 냄새 계속 올라오고 욕실에서 이상한 벌레 나오고 옷장은 심한 누수로 벽지 다 뜯어져 시커멓게 곰팡이 핀 시멘트벽이 드러나있어 귀신이 나와도 이상하지 않음. 천장과 바닥에 누수흔적이 가득함 시설 매우 낡음. 체크아웃하는데 프론트에 직원 없음. 한참 기다려도 아무도 안 나타남
