Hotel restaurant all closed , rooms ok !! But front desk all staff are not much help customer !! I stay two days,I never seen smiled. All employees looks like not happy !!!!

Yes and no...
The stay was really good, the room is comfy and the view is quite nice. If you are staying here... 1 tip: We couldn't do late check out because they said it was packed so we should've asked it in advance. 2. When we arrived they gave us a distrustful look and called my phone to check if I was the person that made the reservation. We are gyopos, so I don't know if this was a good or bad thing for them to do, but it did feel somewhat uncomfortable. Never happened before in other places. 3. The bed is a little hard, kind of korean style, so be aware of that. 4. Elevators take forever to arrive. *** The place is clean and nice though.. nice location.

청소상태가 너무 아쉬웠어요. 보이는 곳만 청소하시는지 테이블 쓸려고 밖으로 빼니까 테이블 있던 쪽 바닥에 머리카락을 비롯한 체모들이 엄청 많더라고요;; 기분이 너무 안좋았지만 하루 묵는거라 그냥 쓰고 나왔습니다. 피트니스 시설을 비롯한 편의시설 대부분이 공사중이라 이용할 수 있는 부분이 거의 없는 점도 아쉬웠습니다.

위치나 룸컨디션, 전망 모두 좋았습니다. 걱정했던 앨리베이터 사용은 역시 조금 불편했어요. 그래도 혼잡시간 살짝 피하고 요령 생기니 참을만 했어요. 22층 객실이라 뷰가 너무 좋고, 끝 쪽 방이라 테라스도 두개여서 더욱 좋았던 것 같아요. 다음에도 또 이용할게요

씨티뷰라 일출은 보이지 않는데 일몰때는 너무 멋짐니다 저는 뚜벅이입니다,주번에 버스정류장이 있는데 시간대가 너무길어요..터미널에서 숙소까지 15분 정도 걸리네요.. 이거 외에는 숙소도 조용하고 따뜻하게 잘보내고 왔습니다 조금은 멀지만 다시한번 오고싶은 숙소입니다

블루테라 이용했습니다.
위치는 괜찮습니다. 속초해수욕장, 중앙시장, 아바이와 가까운 위치. 시설내 주차장은 꽤 높은층까지 있는데 층마다 있는 주차장은 넓지 않아서 금새 만차가 되는 경향이 있습니다. 그래서 외부 주차장에 주차. 외부 주차장이 나쁘진 않습니다. 바로 옆이고 넓어서.. 룸은 오피스텔 원룸 형태라고 보시면 되구요. 단점은 생각보다 엘레베이터 이용이 불편합니다. 어쩔때는 층마다 다 멈춰서 한숨이 나오더라구요. 엘베 같은 시설은 개선할수가 없으실꺼라서ㅠㅠ 엘베 빼고는 괜찮은 숙소 입니다~
