"Rooms a bit small, but okay for a night or two, lift can take a while to get sometimes and almost always full! Staff will store your luggage after check out, walkable to Battery park (wouldvof been a nice walk had it not been under construction). Close to walk to the Brooklyn Bridge and Water Taxi etc. Not a lot of good places to eat in the imediate area and a noisy bar right next door, but okay for a qiick visit.!"

"The room was not clean. The bed seemed mostly fine but when I pulled back a couple of sheets I found one with lots of different hairs. Everything just seemed like it was minimally clean and it didn’t take extra careful inspection to see that. The bathroom has hair on the shower shelves and the floor had a clump of hair behind the door. The carpet clearly wasn’t vacuumed well and the door handles looked gross. The staff were perfectly pleasant and it was a convenient spot. Check in and check out were hassle free but the cleanliness was a significant issue. So much so I had to give such a low rating. Probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Great stay for one night. Staff was friendly and accommodating. TVs and outlets are a bit dated at this point, but the bed was comfy as heck and the room was clean. Would definitely stay again."

"The double room I booked was not available upon check in. They gave me 2 queen rooms instead for the night. The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

"This is a great area to stay when visiting NYC - lovely comfortable room and bed and lots of great local bars and restaurants to try out (not manhattan prices!) 10mins walk to the NYC ferry that takes you to Wall St - Pier 11 in 10mins - fantastic service. Loved this hotel and the area and highly recommended it."
