This hotel is not lavish or extravagant, but it is very comfortable with friendly, efficient staff who are ready to help. The beds are luxuriously comfortable and bathroom is modern and we'll designed. Everything is beautifully clean. Breakfast was excellent.

This place has an excellent service and a very fast connection to all of New York. You got great view, a really good breakfast and a meeting area. It is safe and a lot of restaurants and shops in walking distance. If you want to stay in Brooklyn this is the place to be.

the hotel is nice for an inexpensive hotel (clearly an attraction as a lot of European families were staying there). I would say it's an average hotel... nothing fancy, small rooms but clean and comfortable linens. the area is not very tourist friendly... not many restaurants, places to have coffee, places to hang out, etc. For me, it served it's purpose and it was fine. I just think people should have a good sense of what they are getting into when they book here .. again, not bad... but average.
