"We rented the 3 bedroom unit for our group of 7 and it came with a private rooftop area. Beds were so comfy, breakfast was basic and good, pool area was beautiful. It is about a kilometre from the busy Center of town. We enjoyed walking all around the island, but there are plenty of taxis if walking isn't your thing. There is a really nice beach a block away. "Casa Mar was absolutely beautiful. My wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary with a week away and we would definitely do it again. An added perk we didn’t even realize until arriving was that this house is associated with the Awa hotel brand and you get all the perks of the hotel that is within a 5 minute walk. We loved everything about the experience. Manuel and Maria took great care of us as well!"

"Awesome location, directly across the street from the beach. No AC in main part of house. AC ran great in all bedrooms. Hot tub was not operational, and there was not toilet seat on one of the toilets. Manager said owner was shipping one from US, but never arrived. No daily housekeeping, refrigerator did not get or stay cold. And taxis we arranged for pick up to leave, never arrived. We were allotted one towel per person, and had to ask to get them changed out.
