"We had a wonderful time at Isla Holbox, this is my 3rd trip, and one of my favorite warm holiday spots! This time, I was with my two grandchildren, they loved staying at the fabulous home. The photos are very realistic, and the home is gorgeous, clean, quiet, safe and beautifully decorated. My only recommendation would be to improve the quality of the bed pillows. The beds were super comfortable, the pillows could use a refresh. Don't let that stop you from staying here - it was a 9.999 out...

"We had a great stay at Soho Boutique Hotel. This hotel is about a 100m walk from the beach club. It is a part of a group of hotels all next to each other. There is a building work going on next door but we never had any issues with noise. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean on arrival and were cleaned each day. Food at the beach club opposite was good, and there is a great Italian restaurant nearby. Quiet location with plenty of pools and of course the sea to cool off...

"Nice photos but that’s where the benefit ends. The rooms was not adequately prepared upon arrival. There was no body soap in the shower, No hand soap either to wash hands after using the toilette. We only have once face towel. We need one more, plus two hand towels. Given the hour we arrive, I suffered about 20 mosquito bites. The hotel add does not mention that the hotel is built on a swamp, seems to us this is vital information to know before hand. The rooms does not have any storage at all...
