Hotel just ok, not that clean. When asking to clean the room & change bed, they didn't change the bed sheets, vacuum the room, only dumped the trash & provide towels. The card slot on elevator didn't work well like falling apart, need to insert the card into slot soany time in order to get it work!

The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were really comfortable. Maid service was ok but they didn't actually remake the beds so the sheets underneath were still tangled when we went to bed on our second night. I wouldn't recommend a stay there on a weekend unless you're a heavy sleeper. I understand there was a nightclub downstairs but I honestly didn't expect the doof doof sound til 4am, as loud as it was 4 floors up! Especially the vibration through the walls at different points throughout the night. So unless you're going there for the nightclub, stay away on weekends.

For the price of my room I really wasn’t expecting a lot but was so pleasantly surprised. The room was big with everything I needed, the welcome treats were an added bonus and the bed was comfy, right on Elizabeth so close to all transport, some great malls and food places. The room did have aircon but it was set to 22, being from Wellington I would have liked it a bit colder to sleep but the control wouldn't let me lower it, the shower could do with a mould spray but honestly I can’t complain the room was great.

The location is very convenient, just a short easy walk from Southern Cross Station and the SkyBus terminal. Also it’s on a quieter street despite only mins away from the transport hub. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The facilities are well-maintained.
