The room is not air-conditioned, but not many places in Switzerland are. The hotel downstairs is spotless and delicious, and the staff are all very friendly. I was a little apprehensive about the digital keys on the app at first but it worked very well. I was very pleased to be able to access my room early as it was available and to be able to leave my luggage and continue to use the communal areas for 7 hours between check out for the room and 6pm. Much appreciated as my train was at 4pm.
