"Pek çok şey çok iyi görünüyordu. Personel de aynı şekilde yardımcı oluyordu. Tek bir şey aklımda soru işareti bıraktı ve açıkçası midem bulandı. Saat 01.30 sonrası geç yemek salonu toplanırken mutfaktan üzerindeki mutfak uniformasi belki de bir haftadan fazladir yıkanmamış apkara kiyafetlerle ve kir içinde bir calisan wc ye gitmek için çıkmıştı.bo dakikadan sonra yiyecekler bogazimda dugumlendi. Acaba ne kadar temiz ve sağlıklı yiyecekler yiyoruz diye düşündüm. Hâlâ midemde burkulmalar oluyor.. Bunu hâlâ eşime söylemedim. Onun tatil deneyimini bozmak istemedim."
