Tuvimos una experiencia muy positiva en general, el personal muy amable, comida y bebidas en el todo incluido bastante bien, las piscinas exteriores estaban abiertas si alguien es baliente para bañarse en invierno, algo que me pareció muy bien. Muy recomendable el lugar, muchas gracias por todo. Lo unico negativo fue la señora rubia en la piscina interior que no es para nada amable y sabiendo que estabamos alistandonos para salir nos apago las luces, no entiendo para que hace eso... Pero a todos los demas mil gracias por su atencion y amabilidad, 5 estrellas bien merecidas.

Waren beteits vor 7 Jahren in dem Hotel, die Poolanlage ist nicht so sauber, die Mitarbeiter bemĂŒhen sich. Bester Animateur Omar, sehr freundlich. Leider hat ein anderer Animateur mehrere MĂ€dels versucht zu begrabschen und hat Sie bedrĂ€ngt . Der Chef der Animation hat den Mitarbeiter dann sofort entlassen. An ind fĂŒr sich alles ok

Okay, but some improvements could be made

Det er et okay sted prisen taget i betragtning. 1 uge i april 2 personer all incl 4500 dkk. Men var ogsÄ en lidt mangler som vi ville have vÊrdsat. Engelsktalende personale var begrÊnset. De 2 a'la carte resturanter var lukket hele ugen. Alkohol drinks var ret begrÊnset, og ingen mulighed for tilkÞb eks. Vin til maden, var super dÄrlig og ingen mulighed for at vÊlge andet. Kunne ogsÄ vÊre rart at have lidt mere information, hvad sker der hvornÄr, hvad har Äbent hvornÄr etc. Hotellet er fint, og ligger godt. Havde en god uge. Og ja well pris og kvalitet hÊnger sammen.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Unbedingt aufpassen beim Buchen!!! Economyzimmer ist das aller billigste ( BeschĂ€ftigtenzimmer )und das Personal hat keinerlei VerstĂ€ndnis wenn man sich beschwert. Und das bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel.... Viele GĂ€ste beim Essen. Manchmal gehen Teller und Besteck etc aus. Essen ist ok gute Auswahl auch viel Fisch. Strand ist toll mit Verpflegung.... Shuttleservice zum Strand. Gut zum Shoppen. Busse sind auch da um mal in die Altstadt Side zu kommen. Wir werden wahrscheinlich nicht mehr dort buchen. Obwohl Pool und rundherum eigentlich alles gut ist. Aber wenn man beim einchecken schon komisch angeschaut wird weil wir Economy buchten und im selben Augenblick hört, fĂŒr 200 Euro können Sie ein besseres Zimmer haben mit Balkon. Wir hatten ja das Zimmer noch nicht mal gesehen.... Die 200 Euro habe ich besser genutzt.....

Alles war super 👍 Der Hotelmanager hat uns zu jeder zeit nett empfangen und all unsere probleme gelöst... Das Essen war gut und die Snacks waren auch gut... Die rutschen und die becken sind top! Können dieses Hotel wĂ€rmstens weiter empfehlen, der Strand ist auch top! Alles im ganzen ein schöner Urlaub! Ein großes Lob an Hatice unser Zimmerservice war perfekt es hat uns an nix gefehlt, die Hatice macht alles möglich, sei es Sauberkeit oder die Minibar alles wurde von ihr mit Liebe gemacht... You won't get bacon out there so it's all continental sort of thing but food overall is still quite good had a bit of chicken on the bone entirely pink and raw in the middle but binned that got another and it was properly cooked apart from that everything else was great value I would go again

Schöne saubere und große Zimmer. Essen ist vielfĂ€ltig, aber ohne Geschmack, weil keine GewĂŒrze verwendet werden. GetrĂ€nke sind super. Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Spa Bereich etwas Ă€lter und Mitarbeiter richtig unfreundlich! Am Strand gibt es nur Bier und Wein. Shuttlebus alle paar Minuten bis 18 Uhr. Top! Animation ist langweilig. Preis Leistung stimmt.

Hotel was beautiful and always kept clean. HOWEVER i wish the front of house staff were not so off putting. The lady in the evening was not welcoming at all, felt like she cudnt be asked with her job and did not want to help. We asked to make a phone call once as the phone in our room was not working. She said she will have someone check, no one ever came and we waited for another receptionist just so we could avoid her. Not a helpful person at all. BUT the catering staff were brilliant!!! Great buffett on hotel and at beach.
