I had higher expectations for this place. Perhaps I was unlucky to get a room that was not super clean and definitely needs some maintenance. Small details like mold in the shower, dirty walls, peeling wallpaper, torn sheets, my towels had a musty odor. I never got the TV to work except for Netflix. I had a king size bed with two small pillows. It looked odd and motel-like. Why can't a 4 star hotel have pillows for a king size bed? The property itself is nice and is in a safe and good location. There's a nice mall across the street, staff was nice and kind as well.

4 great nights at Novotel in Sorocaba
The hotel is new and modern. The room was very nice and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, lots of options! I also had the opportunity to have lunch and the food was very good.

New Hotel with great location and Staff
We chose Novotel due to great location and been a new hotel. The service is fantastic! Luis at front desk was extremely helpful specially when we needed a plug for our cellular phones(socket is different in Brazil).Breakfast is very good. They have a nice bar and live music at night. Best shopping in town is across the street with great shops and restaurants. There is a new supermarket next door and pharmacy. Is the best location in Sorocaba for business travelers and leisure travel. If you're arriving early morning pay an early check in otherwise will check in only after 2PM. I'll definitely stay at Novotel again.
