The Ara Maris which is referred to as the new hotel was one of my best stays at any hotel in all my travels, which is considerable. The service from all the staff whether it be registration, concierge, dining, pool, cleaning or spa wax consistently top notch. It is a physically pleasing site and is close to all the shops and restaurants in the main area of Sorrento. We were there for 8 days and could have stayed longer. I just want to express my thanks to the staff for making our stay as wonderful as we had hoped.

Our stay at the hotel was beyond surpassed our expectation. The property and surrounding area was BEAUTIFUL!!! Concierge staff was great with setting up our roundtrip transportation to/from airport, dinner reservations, and tours. All of the other staff were just as amazing, especially the bartenders at Lumi Sky. We spent our evenings at Lumi Sky watching the sunset drinking limoncello spritz and lemon drop martinis. The breakfast options were also great, but Lumi Sky in the evening was our favorite.

Looking straight out to sea with an amazing roof restaurant/bar with beautiful sunsets, a serine garden pool area that was so peaceful and a short walk to the main centre with all the shops and local restaurants. Ara Maris is a beautiful hotel with everything you need. The staff are amazing and make everything effortless, catering to any request. The cleaning staff are expectational and it seems like they never have time off! The breakfast was great and particularly enjoy the freshly cooked omelettes. The spa was small but intimate and had lovely couples massage. Couldn’t fault anything, worthy of its 5 star rating.

We had a lovely week in the Ara Maris. We couldn’t fault a thing. The staff are excellent, the location is ideal and I would recommend it to anyone. We had an open suite with a garden view, and were perfectly happy with it - the sea view also faces a busy road so unsure whether that is worth the premium.

Superb hotel which I would highly recommend. The bedrooms have plenty of space which is cleaned in the morning and replenished with water and towels again later in the day. The staff are the best you could ask for, so attentative, approachable and hard working. Enzo along with the bar staff offer the best service I have experienced. The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. Thank you for an amazing holiday Ara Maris
