Serene in Sorrento

Perfectly situated with a fabulous host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The room was clean and large. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It is in walking distance to everything.

This BNB is a gem…real close to the train station and has an elevator. The rooms are beautifully decorated, plenty of hot water, the AC worked great and the bed was really comfortable. Francisco is so nice. I highly recommend this BNB,

August Stay in Sorrento

Francesco was very communicative throughout the check-in process. His B&B only has a few rooms so he can be very attentive to his guests. The room itself is exactly what you need for a stay in the Amalfi Coast. The place is also located only a few minutes away from the city center and train station, but that small distance makes a big difference in terms of noise levels.

Our host was incredibly helpful and even checked to see if our ferry was still running for us the morning we were leaving. He made it easy to contact for arrival. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Lovely stay in great location.

We had a lovely stay in Sorrento at Giacomino. Very comfortable room and excellent location without being too central in the noise. Host was really helpful and friendly and assisted us with printing out tickets. The only thing we were slightly confused about was breakfast. We were provided with good tea and coffee but as we were only given croissants the 1st morning, not sure if this was just a kind gesture or breakfast is provided. Would recommend staying.

BnB Giacomino is centrally located, close to bus/train and Old Town. Elevator in building is a plus. Rooms are newly renovated. Francesco was so kind and helpful. I’d recommend staying here.

The staff was amazing. So friendly, accommodating, amazing with children.. the list goes on. The location was right outside the busy area but super central so we could enjoy a bit more of a quiet environment with a local feel yet walk to the tourist areas to enjoy the shops and square. The room was super clean and updated. The breakfast was large and delicious. I would definitely stay here again upon returning to sorrento. We’re thankful to have had the opportunity to stay here, short notice. Thank you to the staff for everything!

Very disappointed

It’s called B&B Giacomino, but if you want breakfast you have to pay. B&B means bed and breakfast. Our room didn’t have the bins emptied the whole time we were there 3 days ! No fresh towels and replacement shampoo or soaps. Wouldn’t stay here again, certainly not worth the money we paid for !

Must Stay!

Had an amazing stay at B&B Giacomino! A quant bed and breakfast in a great location. Walkable from the Circumvesuviana train and port of Sorrento, with easy access to the main square and center of the city. The check in process was very seamless, and we were allowed access to our room early. It was very clean and comfortable, with updated amenities that made it feel far superior than other hotels in Italy. The breakfast was delicious (coffee made in front of us, fresh fruit, croissants, etc.). Giacomino was very accommodating and hospitable. Across our 2 week trip in Italy, this was by far our favorite accommodation. Highly recommend!

A wonderful 4 night stay at Giacomino! Francesco kindly met us ahead of check in so we could access our room early. He was very friendly and welcoming, also gave us a map and explained where everything is. Room #3 was huge and had everything we needed! Loved having a little fridge in the room. Shower was spacious and powerful and lots of toiletries. We didn’t opt for breakfast as we were often out early but it smelt wonderful. Location was great, 10 minute walk to the main square, less to the main bus/train station. Really great place to base yourself at for visiting Sorrento & the Amalfi coast! We will absolutely be back!

The best stay if you want to go to Sorrento and visit Amalfi Coast ! The location is close to the center of the town, the train station and bus station and only 10 minutes walk to the port of Sorrento. The room was very clean and it was a quiet place to rest at night. The italian breakfast was so good and especially the Cappuccino made by Francesco. Oh Francesco ! What a special man :D The best italian you will ever meet. So kind, helpful, enthusiast and welcoming ! You will not be disappointed if you book at B&B Giacomino. Enjoy your stay in Sorrento ;)

The property location is excellent, Francesco is very nice, he would do anything to make our stay happy. Only thing is that the new house keeper needs serious training to make his place more enjoyable, she did nothing for daily housekeeping except making the bed, that’s okay with us, because I just cleaned myself, I only asked for exchanging dirty towels and toilet paper, we had an incident that she re-hung the dirty towels that were on the shower floor (to be replaced ) and expected we to re-use again and also toilet paper was not replaced as required, we had to call Francisco on the Sunday to come to resolve the problem. In conclusion it’s a good place to stay, remember to bring your own soap, hair conditioner and body lotion, and there’s no free bottle water, I asked for it and he did give me one for free, but when I went grab one more because I was mixed up with another B&B place that give free water bottles, he was not happy about that.
