Super well located, well run boutique hotel. Close to main square and restaurants. Michelle the owner was extremely helpful in arranging day trips of Amalfi coast, Pompeii etc. Room was sizeable and airy, with own private balcony seating.

Staying at Diamond Suites made our trip stress free and were able to have memorable vacation in Sorrento and The Amalfi Coast. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and three minutes away from the train station, which is perfect if you are taking the express train from and to Naples. Michele was very attentive and always available for any inquiries we had and gave us multiple recommendations of places to visit and eat.

Michelle was very nice and accommodating location was walking distance to train, bus, and ferries which was great .Would have been nice if the fridge was cold. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay also the bed was very comfortable which was a total plus.

Ideal hotel in the centre of sorrento. Modern and quiet in perfection location to explore the area but also other towns on the Amalfi coast due to the ferry port only being 10-15 min walk away. Michele the manager had excellent communication and was more than happy to help before our arrival and during. Couldn’t have asked for a better property for our needs. It made our trip very easy and enjoyable.

it is a cute suite and centrally located to all the restaurants & activities. Micheal was very helpful & responsive to all the questions we had during and prior to our arrival. He made some excellent recommendations for restaurants and tours. We booked the boat tour to Capri through him and it was wonderful. Highly recommend.

This place is perfect 10/10. You won’t find a better location or a better room. Michele and his team are great, provided some good tips and recommendations and was helpful for anything we needed even after hours. The room is perfect, spacious, clean! The location is a 30 second walk from the train station, a 5 minute walk from downtown Sorrento and has everything you need within minutes.

Everything was excellent, the hotel is near everywhere and it is very confortable to be at 3 minutes to the train station. The bathroom is big and clean, the bed is awesome! Michele is a kind host too! The only thing to improve would be to give slippers to the guests, because you can hear the footsteps from the other rooms.

Excellent stay,perfect if arriving by bus or train as just around the corner from both arrival points. Gated and secure accomodation just off the main street. Room spotless and cleaned daily. ⭐ Terrible experience at Hotel Diamond ⭐ My stay at this hotel was disappointing. I was a victim of a sneaky theft, and $100 was stolen from my safe. I had left an envelope with several bills as a test, and unfortunately, they took my $100. The worst part? When I reported it, the manager Michelle did nothing and completely dismissed my complaint. While filing a police report wasn’t worth it for the amount, it’s unacceptable that theft happens inside this hotel. ⚠️ Be very careful with this place. It is not safe.
