The staff were great, always friendly and helpful. The room was clean, designed nicely and had a lovely little patio overlooking the water. The location from the main shopping and dining spots of Sorrento is close enough to walk and the views are superb. I really like this hotel.

We stayed here for ten days. Absolutely lovely hotel, lovely staff. Can’t fault anything. Extremely clean and tidy, beautiful surroundings, lovely pool. Stayed in a room with a terrace overlooking the sea- stunning. Wonderful and plentiful breakfasts, great food from the snack bar.

The staff at Miramare were welcoming and helpful, we were able to book front row seats for a performance at the Museo of The Three Tenors upon arrival. It’s an easy 15 minute walk into town. Beautiful views, nice breakfast, close to restaurants, shopping, and ferries to Capri (not to be missed)!

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with large shower and updated appliances. Great views overlooking the harbor. Nice breakfast. Located on Via Capo, about a 25 minute walk from the town center, though parts of it are a nervous walk with narrow road shoulders and speeding cars and motorbikes.

My adult granddaughters and I absolutely loved our stay at Miramare. Amazing view, very clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and the young man (with the earring), sorry we didn’t get his name, was an absolute gem- friendly, kind helpful and shows he loves his job! On the other hand, Emilie at Reception was rude, short, dismissive, and the list of Negatives goes in.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The biggest problem was when you walked out of the front door it put you on a very busy street. On a curve could not see around the corner. My wife almost got hit. No sidewalk in this area to walk to Sorrento a 15 minute walk. Would not recommend.

She left the front desk unattended and approached us with a very unprofessional demeanor. Very, very unpleasant attitude. Not friendly AT ALL. The kitchen staff (good people) saw the incident and we were afraid. Avoid her.

Our seaside balcony room had a stunning view of Sorrento and the Amalfi coastline!! The room was clean and had a very fresh feel with the simple white decor that captures the region's cultural style. It had high ceilings and AC that kept us cool and comfortable in the summer heat. The hotel has a pool to cool off as well, and the walk to the beach is quite reasonable too. It's only about a 20-minute stroll down to the main city centre where you will find a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay at Hotel Miramare and would very much recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento!
