Fantastic location with a great view over the Main Street. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was clean and pleasant. Quite a small room without much room for luggage and the shower wasn’t great but these are small issues. Overall a great stay for the price and highly recommended.

Nice rooms & very quiet despite central location

I saw pics of the rooms before booking, but was still surprised at how spacious the room was in real life. The built-in sofa along the wall was perfect for lounging, the desk had ample room to work. Bathroom also very nice. Another highlight was the window, or, in my case, the balcony door: My room opened to a street below where crowds sang and talked until 2am, but: ZERO sound with the window shut - excellent soundproofing! The lobby and breakfast area are in the first upper floor, and you enter via a courtyard between the hotel and the hustle and bustle of the pedestrian shopping alley. I liked the room so much I ended up extending my stay.

The room was a lot smaller than expected - the photos give you the presumption it will be a decent size. The hotel is sited above a bustling street which is quite noisy, as bars below are open until early hours of the morning. Decided to skip the breakfast after the 1st morning as the options are incredibly limited, leaving nothing edible available. Great location and lovely staff though.

Great location, clean and tidy.

We stayed for 4 nights in a 3 pax room - took some trips out of Sorrento to Amalfi coast and to Capri. Great location - right on the busiest shopping and restaurant street. Great ice cream right nextdoor Our room was very clean and nice, window facing to a narrow side street.No noise came through - quiet room. Breakfast was very simple but covers the basic need. If desired plenty of cafes right around the corner. Shower had very low water pressure and water in the sink it did not want to run down. Hotel reception was not able to help with any guidance or information to get around the area or find a good guide / company for private trips. With few adjustments I’d give top rating.

Noisy location with poor shower

Excellent location on main pedestrian street however as a result of numerous bars below very noisy until 0300 am most nights. Made sleeping through very difficult. Staff were friendly and accommodating and resolved an over charge mistake made when booked by the hotel. Please note Hotels.com chat line was useless in resolving this issue and we had to wait 6 months to resolve in person with the hotel. Poor customer service from hotels.com we were told it was a security deposit when finally hotels.com agreed to contact the hotel. This was not the case it was a mistake by the hotel who resolved promptly. If you can’t make stairs then this hotel is not for you to be fair there is a small lift but half way up the building. The hotel is more dated than the pictures show with cracked tiles on the floor and electrical wiring showing. Cleanliness of bathroom good be improved. Finally, the shower pressure was appalling and despite a complaint to staff nothing was done on day 2/6 !!!! We can’t recommend staying here without further improvements to the hotel and as long as you can cope with the busy/noisy location.

First let me say this, the Staff was great and very helpful. Second if you have a lot of luggage you will have to drag it on the cobble stone streets, as there are No cars allowed to drop you off in front of the hotel. Third, there is not an elevator and you will have to carry your luggage up three flights to get to the front desk. Now there is an elevator once you get into the reception area. Fourth, our room was right underneath a bar and people yelling until 3-4 in the morning. It was horrible!!! Fifth, the room was not what it looked like in the pictures, if I had to rate it between 1-5, it would be a 2. Good Luck

The hotel was centrally located on a busy walk only crowded alley but hidden with a beautiful courtyard. The street below was filled with small shops with many people browsing and shopping. The hotel was quiet despite the crowded street below. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend a stay.

Front Desk was awesome. Friendly and good information. Great Location, King Bed was comfortable. Room was a little on the tighter side with limited storage/hanging/closet space. Bathroom was larger and clean, more recently renovated. The breakfast was nice with great expresso/coffee.

The location of this property was ideal. It was close to all restaurants and ports. The closest parking facility was far away from the property. It was challenging to walk to property with luggage. The property felt more like a 3-star Airbnb than a 4-star hotel. The breakfast they offered was very poor quality. Housekeeping was poor quality. We were better off not having any housekeeping, they left dirty rags in the room and did not properly make bed.
