"Definitely an excellent location on one of the main streets of the medina, connecting the nearby Place des Ferblantiers (easy to reach by taxi, decent and inexpensive restaurants, Bahia Palace and Saadian Tombs at a walking distance) with Jemaa al Fnaa. The hotel is large and comfortable, the rooms are average (not really suitable for a longer stay) but clean. The buffet breakfast is an absolute plus - varied, plentiful, with a selection of local dishes.

"This riad was incredible and perfectly located close to everything with easy access to taxis when you need to go farther out. The true standout is the staff. Every single person was 11 out of 10 friendly attentive and genuinely welcoming.
As this was my first time in Morocco I was a bit apprehensive about leaving important items in the riad such as passports and cash. Nothing was ever touched and in fact we accidentally left cash out on the dresser and came back later to find it neatly stacked and untouched. We also left bags at the riad while on a Sahara desert tour and they were secured at no charge in a locked closet.
Overall this was an incredible experience. If you are going to Marrakech this is easily one of the best places to stay in the city"

"Me and my husband stayed here for one night. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, and very nice. The breakfast was amazing. The only issue was that, for the price you’re paying for a single night, you wouldn’t expect certain problems. The curtain in our bedroom was torn, and the shower’s on/off switch was coming loose. You’d think you wouldn’t encounter issues like these in a five-star hotel"

"We had booked this property, however, due to a medical emergency, we had to cancel our stay on the day of the check-in.
The staff was very courteous to consider our last minute cancellation request and refunded the money.
I am glad that there are staff members who really care for their guests and are accommodating of unforeseen circumstances.
