Such a well situated hotel slap bang in the middle of Manhattan, walking distance to most sightseeing/tourist hubs. Room was fantastic, spacious, tea/coffee making machine, fridge which was a bonus, would 100% stay here again. 5*

Room was okay. Tiny but is expected being a property in this area. Luggage storage people were a bit rude, although i don’t think he is aware how rude he sounds (older). The other people Weber encountered there were nicer. Funny how he’s nicer when asking us to put tip on the tip box. Check in/out personnel were also a hit or miss. There’s a few that gets charged when you get there on top of the fees paid. It’s like $45-50 a day. Wasn’t really explained to me. Just that I would only get a partial refund for the $300 deposit. Quite noisy at night. Not a single sleep of over 5 hours the entire stay here. Hotel looks great on the lobby but once you get to the room, no amenities. No counter, no microwave, etc. $500 a night for that is a bit much but whatever. It’s done.
