hotel but every thing is clean and in great condition . Also the only thing is that the pics make it seem like it’s in down town Austin it’s actually right outside down town not bad actually for traffic but you will not be able to walk downtown it’s like ten miles and only access is the high way . The other thing I did not like that there is no valet but you get charged for valet . "

"Location is reachable with direct bus from airport, close to the big park, close to river, in a retreat like quite area, downtown is a short walk across the bridge. Room was nice, clean, good size, very comfortable bed. Staffs were super nice, allowed me to leave luggage and WiFi before check in and a late check out due to some things i was dealing with, helpfulto get change, give snack bar after breakfastwaa closed. Has a guest lounge, which not every extended stay has, plus the signature...

"Far and away the worst hotel experience of my life. Be warned, if you have a neighboring room literally slamming on the adjourning door threatening you, don't expect anything from the hotel other than a hollow apology. I had to actually initiate the room change in the middle of the night after they refused to do anything other than ask the lunatic traumatizing my family to stop, which of course he didn't. The pool was also cold enough to keep your drinks cold, and was completely unusable. ...
