"Nice staff. Bathroom not clean in the corners"

"All parking spots were dirty and hallways, pool was not clean, sand and vegetation debris, some homeless in erea of property, curtains didn’t close properly had to put towels to cover light from hallway ."

"We booked our stay back in January for the end of April. I got a call from the hotel about 3 days before our stay asking if we would be willing to change from a king room to 2 queens. I told them that we would really like to have the king if it’s available. They told me it would be a huge help if we were able to change rooms. So for their convenience I told them that was fine. I was told that since I was willing to do so I would get 2 night free of my stay. We just go back from our vacation and I have yet to receive anything indicating that’s happening. But I will obviously give it some time to work itself out. I mentioned it also to the front desk person at check in and she knew nothing about it and no notes were placed on our account about that conversation. So that makes me nervous. Our stay was pretty good over all. We had a ground floor ocean side room. I know the hotel cant really help it but the beach does get very busy right outside the sliding window. So during the day when we were in our hotel room it didn't feel like we had much privacy unless we closed the curtain. That didn’t bother us too much but a room on a higher floor would of been more ideal if your wanting a nice view. The AC unit was definitely working extra hard to get cooler airflow. The staff was accommodating when I needed extra blankets and towels. The restaurant at the hotel was good and the service was great. The location has a lot to offer and it’s a nice quiet area at night."

"Room was clean except for the floors. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful each time we came to the front desk. Cleaning services don’t come at all during the stay so I’m assuming it’s per request. Plenty of parking and location is right next to a freeway entrance. Their con"

"The lobby, restaurant, pool area, and guest room all offered a clean and comfortable environment to relax and unwind. Housekeeping services the room every other day, which appears to be standard for hotels at this level. That said, the room would greatly benefit from additional towel hooks—particularly in accommodations designed for up to four guests, "

"The parking felt safe and easy. However the elevator was filled with cigarette smoke. And the shower in the bathroom is so small that taking a shower is practically very difficult. Moreover the beds are so noisy that you cant sleep peacefully"
